Favorite Food/Meal: I cook so many great ones…but probably a Mongolian Beef dish, courtesy of Cooking Light Magazine (my culinary Bible). I love to cook Asian food. Also, I have to give a shout out to my mom for her chicken casserole that I can never pass up.

Favorite sport: To play: baseball and tennis; to watch: college football and basketball (Go Rams!)

Favorite movie/TV show: Movies: Rudy & Pulp Fiction; TV: King of Queens; Top Chef; Yo Gabba Gabba

Guilty pleasure: “Party in the USA” – Miley Cyrus. There, I said it. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

What is your idea of a perfect date? Pretty much any scenario from a Lil’ Wayne song. OK, but seriously (yes, I can be serious)…lots of laughs, something active/playful that we can do together (i.e., sport, game, activity), as well as some banter (she needs to be able to dish it and make me laugh, too), a gourmet dinner, karaoke competition and a SnuggleFest.
